Financial Updates

Postponed until next meeting.

Outstanding Debts:

The Financial Secretary, Ty has stated that all debts have been paid. The General Assembly has decided it is mandatory to attend the meeting if members want to borrow money. The General assembly will discuss loan procedure at the next meeting 12/8/18.

Constitutional Ratification:

Postponed until next meeting

Website

Tivamericanfoundation.org is owned by another person, but we are currently using http://www.tivzamerican.org. The website is developed, but it is not public yet.

T-shirt for Volunteers:

Mr. President has brought up the idea to use shirts to be identified in the community. The General Assembly has authorized the purchase of 

Constitutional Ratification:

Will be postponed until next month until more details are developed. A definition section concerning position powers.

Other Matters:

  1. Fundraising idea: Live event to collect money.
    1. Date: July 15th, 2019
    2. Venue: Postpone decision till next meeting.
    3. Committee: Hasn’t been decided, but will be chosen next month.
      1. Duties: Handle menu
      2. Outreach
      3. venue
    4. Cost: $500.00 for venue
  2. Fundraising idea: Grant writer will come to December 1st  meeting. 
  3. Food Tasting
  4. Mr. President has a contact: someone who can raise money for our fundraising efforts for a commission.
    1. But we need an authorized letter
    2. Final Constitution

Hosting:

The Treasurer will host the meeting on December 1st, 2018
