Registration Update:

Mr. Iyorbo and Dr. Iye both visited the S.O.S. office and were unable to receive the letter for reinstatement, because the S.O.S. office wasn’t notified about the change of address by previous officer(s)/administrators. The proper documents were not notarized by the registered agents/officers. The proper documents must be sent with notary or the $250 paid, will be forfeited.

Moses Kpera served as a previous officer for TAF and can fulfill this requirement. Mr. Kpera will take a notarized letter to the S.O.S. office.

Financial Update:

$110.00 was collected on May 5, 2018.

TAF balance is $1708.13 as of April 30^th, 2018.
